A painting I made as a color study in Open Canvas 1.1... You can download the event file if you'd like :]

Instructions

1.Get Open Canvas. I used 1.1 to make the event file. You can download it [link]"here if you want. It's like not even a KB, I think, and no installation required. Just download and run! Yeah!

-click "download" over there on the left and save the file to disk.

-open Open Canvas and click "file" >> "import event file"

-find the location where you saved this event file and click on it.

-you can control the playing of the event with the "show" menu at the top of the application. "event playing with weight" makes the animation go slow.. almost the same rate at which I drew the picture.

Enjoy!

I personally prefer to draw larger people most because there are more curves and shapes to draw there, than to a average sized person.

Love the painting by the way. :D

I wish there was more of this kind of fat study instead of the pornographic alternatives on here.

Shes very relaxed and it has perfectly executed realism.

thank you so much :] Yeah, it's funny how you don't see more figure drawings of fat people... lots of people who go to my art school enjoy drawing heavier people because it tends to be easier and more fun to get the rhythm into the gesture cause their bodies just have natural rhythm where as in skinny folk, you usually have to kinda invent it. But yeah, I'm glad you like it, thanks a lot :]
