Description
I'm updating my website and this guy is going to be one of the main elements. My old intro page has a water element dude on it so I figured I'd just make a better version and then tear everything down and start something new 
This guy's not actually done (hence the cozy home in my scrap pile), but I took a screencap as reference should I screw anything up from this point on.. I figured I'd put it up on DA just... because. I haven't submitted anything for a while.
